Delete Your Account
You can request deletion of your Evergreen Telehealth account at any time.
How to request account deletion now
Send an email to help@evergreentelehealth.com with the subject line Delete My Account. Include the email address associated with your account and we will confirm your deletion request.
Account deletion requests are completed within 30 days once verified.
Once the app is live, account deletion will also be available directly in Profile → Account Settings. Until then, the email path above is the fastest way to delete your account and all associated data.
